What if I dont have all those skills?
Don't worry, we have you covered!
We provide an extensive training programme that will provide you with a solid platform to start from. You will be peer supported on your first few clients, and there are regular team debriefings and opportunities to discuss particular situations with senior team leaders.
You aren't expected to know everything, manage or do all of this on your own!
